RETURN

ACCESSORIES, INTIMATES, SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS, ARE FINAL SALE. THERE WOULD BE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

Online orders will not be honored in store for exchange or in-store credit. Online returns will be issued an online credit.

Once we receive your returned package it will be inspected and a decision will be made as to whether we will honor you return. We do not offer money back refunds on returned items. Online credits are sent via email to the email used at checkout. 
Please allow 5 Business days for our return department to process your return once it arrives back to us.

Your item must arrive back to us within 10 days from the day you receive your order. This policy begins on the initial delivery attempt.

Original tags must be attached. We will not honor your return with the tags unattached.


Inside your package please enclose your information along with your order number & email used at checkout. You can also enclose the original package slip. If we do not receive this information inside your package, it can cause a delay in issuing your credit 

Orders that are shipped free: Shipping fees will be deducted from online credit upon return.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Cocchianna's does not provide return shipping labels. 


EXCESSIVE RETURNS:
If you have an excessive amount of returns we will start applying a 15% restocking fee to your credit. If we feel it is becoming overly excessive, we will review your account at that time and we will make the decision to refuse service to you moving forward.

 


REQUEST A RETURN:
Before starting a return below, please double check your return still falls within the allowable days to ensure it does not get rejected. Any returned package that arrives back after the 10th day would be sent back regardless of approval.

The return package must arrive to us on or before the 10th day from when you received your package and or initial delivery attempt.
